Orders & Enquiries

Orders are confirmed once the details, date, design direction and fulfilment route have been agreed. Bespoke, larger and corporate orders should be discussed before ordering so we can confirm availability and requirements.

Notice Periods

Please allow 5 working days for cupcakes and 7 working days for cakes/custom cakes. If you need something sooner, contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether it is possible.

Custom Designs

Custom orders can include icing colours, toppers, edible images and bespoke decoration notes. Final designs may vary slightly because every item is handmade.

Delivery & Collection

London delivery and collection are available. Out-of-London delivery can be quoted by enquiry. Customers should provide accurate delivery details and be available at the agreed time.

Dietary & Allergens

Vegan, gluten free and low sugar options are available by request. Because nuts, gluten and eggs are used in the bakery, products are not suitable for severe allergies.

Changes, Cancellations & Returns

Because every order is made fresh and prepared for a specific date, changes and cancellations should be requested as early as possible. If there is a problem with an order at delivery or collection, contact us the same day with details and photos so we can review it promptly.
